TAS Shock Absorber Core Technology Sharing

Electronic control continuously adjustable shock absorber technology: one is to adjust the opening of the solenoid valve to change the direction of oil flow and achieve damping regulation (ZF-SACHS, ZF Sachs CDC technology), and the other is to externally install a conical solenoid valve on the basis of ordinary shock absorbers to control the degree of embedding of the conical valve in the oil circuit to achieve damping control (Tennak's Menroe CVSA technology).

Mechanical adjustable damping shock absorber technology: A stepper motor is installed above the shock absorber, which is directly connected to the shock absorber control rod. By rotating the angle of the control rod, the opening size of the valve changes accordingly, and the damping of the shock absorber also becomes softer or harder to achieve adjustment.
